Details of Anam Cosmetics delivery service
We always try to accommodate every customer, so if you would like to purchase from us and live outside of the countries listed below please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your location, desired product and quantity you require, and we will give you a quote for the expected shipping costs.
We process orders during normal business days Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays.
We aim to get your order into the next collection available after your order is received. For example, if we receive your order by 11am we will get it into the courier collection at 2pm on the same day. If it is received after courier collection hours then it will be collected the next normal business day.
Please allow between 1 to 3 working days for delivery in Ireland (ROI & NI) and UK mainland. (Delivered by Fastway.)
3-5 working days for deliveries in Europe and 5-10 working days for the rest of the world. (Delivered by FedEx.)
All delivery days are estimates based on our current delivery success rates.
Order processing may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and during sales.
We will notify you by email when your order has been handed over to the courier and usually this will contain a tracking link.
You will receive a text message and/or email from the courier to let you know when your order is out for delivery (as long as you have provided your mobile phone number).
If you are not at home to accept the delivery you can contact the courier directly, either to re-arrange delivery or to collect your order yourself.

Should there be a delay in processing your order for any reason – you will be notified immediately. All products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control.
Any dates specified for delivery are approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products.
Orders not received within 7-10 days should be notified by e-mail to customer services at our email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your basket order number. Please ensure you use a valid and current e-mail address when ordering, as you will receive all confirmation and reference numbers relating to your purchase by e-mail. Retain these details until your order has been delivered and please quote these in any correspondence to us regarding your order.
